Next, witness a rare and thrilling showcase of horn mastery as four soloists — Chris Buchner, Duncan Andrews, Rebecca Davies, and Derek Ellis — unite for Hübler’s Concerto for Four Horns, a dazzling display of rich harmonies and technical flair.
The evening concludes with Mendelssohn’s beloved “Italian” Symphony, a joyful, effervescent journey through the landscapes and rhythms of Italy. A feast for the ears with a Mediterranean flair!
